I've been using the Django Project for my personal and professional web projects for a couple of years. The documentation is very good, and the community is quite big. It is the python equivalent to Ruby on Rails; both projects are MVC ( Model-View-Controller) frameworks, both projects are implemented using Interpreted Languages, and both Django and Rails have everything that is needed to get started.
If you are reading this, you are likely interested in Django. It'll take me a while to copy over the things I have learned over the years, so in the meantime I'll leave a list of my favourite places to read articles.
